Newly into the role of Learning & Development Coordinator at Rich River Golf Club and working with our Operations Team, we identified we wanted to equip our staff with a base set of skills to enable consistency in service. We contacted Karina and discussed our options, to which Karina was able to tailor a course to suit our needs in conjunction with our current service standards. Karina was able to engage with our team and impart basic skills to give them more confidence in their day-to-day customer service delivery. The mix of theory and practical in the session was well received by participants as it broke the day up. The coffee session appears to have been popular with over 50% of our team mentioning it in their ‘takeaways’ for the day. I would thoroughly recommend Karina for her hospitality training as it was fresh, on point and able to reach a wide range of ages across our team.
